张主方：中学物理特级教师、中国物理教学专业委员会副理事长、资深中学物理教学专家。

校长

拥有丰富的教学和学校管理的经验，对教育有深刻的感悟和独特的理解以及可贵的教育情怀。获得过全国优秀教师、先进教育工作者等荣誉称号，担任校长职务以来，获得政府记大功两次。 在上海先后创办了 建平西校、建平实验 学校、尚德实验学校，都办成了社会认可的优质教育资源，知名的大型品 牌学校。

Mr. Jiang has extensive experience in teaching and school management, a deep understanding and unique insights, as well as valuable sentiments of education. Mr. Jiang has won the honorary titles of Outstanding Teachers, the Advanced Educators, and has been highly acknowledged and praised twice by the government as a principal. Shanghai Jianping West Middle School, Jianping Experimental School, and Shangde Experimental School, which were founded by Mr. Jiang, have all become well-known brands in the education industry, and have all been widely recognized by the society as excellent educational institutions.

在教育的一线岗位和管理岗位工作 30 余年，拥有丰富的教学、行政及学校管理的经验，做出过辉煌的业绩，曾多次获得先进教育工作者和政府嘉奖。在上海香山中学任校长期间，是浦东教育界知名的优秀校长，曾在 2002 年被派往美国的陶森大学进修学校管理。对尚德品牌建设、课程特色形成及国际课程融合做出了积极的贡献。

Mr. Zhang has been working in front-line positions and management positions in education for more than 30 years, thus has rich teaching and school management experience. Mr. Zhang has achieved excellent results, and has won the Advanced Educators award numerous times, and has been rewarded by the government. Mr. Zhang was well known for his outstanding performance while being the principal of Shanghai Xiangshan high school. He was also sent to further study school management in Towson University in the United States in 2002. Mr. Zhang has made notable and brilliant contributions at Shangde in terms of brand development, the formation of curriculum characteristics, as well as the integration of international curricula.
